I changed the plugs, the plug wires then it made the mass air flow sensor go out replaced it and now when you drive it's cutting out and missing.

After replacing the spark plugs and wires, the engine is cutting out and misfiring?

It sounds like you may have cracked one or more of the spark plugs when they were installed. I would run the codes to help see which cylinders are missing and then pull the spark plug for inspection. This guide can help us get the codes:

I have also seen the ignition coil go out on these cars as well.
Exploded View
Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the ignition coil electrical connector.
3. Disconnect the radio noise suppressor electrical connector.
4. NOTE: Spark plug wires must be connected to the correct ignition coil terminal. Mark the spark plug wires for installation reference.
Squeeze the tabs and twist, while pulling upward to disconnect the 6 spark plug wires from the ignition coil.
5. Remove the 4 bolts and the ignition coil.
- To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
6. NOTE: Apply silicone dielectric compound to the inside of the ignition coil boots.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
