It doesn't do it all the time, but when I take off it acts like it wants to cut off. And then sometimes it will cut off at a stop. But it doesn't do it all the time.

This sounds like it could be a number of things but the two things that come to mind are a fuel pump issue or a torque converter issue.

So we need to test the fuel pressure when this is acting up and see if it is dropping at all. This is what I suspect it is so we need to follow this guide to determine if that is it.

It could also be a torque converter if this shuts off as soon as you come to a stop. Basically what happens is when the converter engages it fails to release and once you come to a stop it stalls the engine. just like if you don't push the clutch in on a manual transmission.

However, this would not act up on take off so if it is hesitating then I go back to a fuel issue.

Here is a guide that will help with a hesitation issue:

Let's start with this info and we can go from there. Thanks
