Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros. Com. The fuse you are looking for is F2-10 located in the central junction box. I have attached pics of the box and a fuse allocation list.

The third picture is the location of the junction box.

If the fuse is good, I would suggest checking the switch for power. Here are directions for removing and replacing the switch in case you need them. Pictures 3 and 4 are related to these directions.

Removal:
Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Release the speed control actuator switch from the steering wheel.
Caution: When separating the speed control actuator switch from the steering wheel, it is necessary to take precautions not to damage the steering wheel.
Note: Standard actuator switch shown, optional actuator switch similar.
Remove the speed control actuator switch.
1 Disconnect the speed control actuator switch electrical connector.
2 Remove the speed control actuator switch.
Installation:
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Also check the speed control servo cable. Here are directions for removing and replacing plus picture 5 is related to these directions.
SERVICE AND REPAIR
REMOVAL
Remove the speed control servo.
Remove the speed control actuator cable from the throttle bracket by squeezing the locking ears.
INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: Make sure that the speed control cable does not interfere with throttle travel.

I hope this helps. Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe
