Hello!

My cruise control on the multifunction switch stopped working one day on my commute. I replaced the multifunction switch, and this didn't solve it. I switched some of the fuses and modules places and had a mechanic test the reception on them and the modules were fine. I've played with the plugs to no avail. Do you know where we might look or what might cause this?

You're the best!

Hi,

Are any lights on related to the ABS, traction control, stability control, brake light, and so on? Also, I attached the entire wiring schematic related to the cruise control circuit.

Interestingly, the HVAC 1, fuse 39, in the rear fuse box under the left rear seat. Confirm the fuse is good and there is power to and from it.

Here is a link that you may find helpful:

Let me know what you find. Also, the last pic below identifies the location of the fuse in the box.

Take care.

Joe

Turns out the car was misfiring, and the cruise control won't activate if the vehicle is misfiring.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. Absolutely, it won't work if there is a misfire. Have you been able to resolve the misfire? If so, is the cruise control working again?

Let me know.

Take care and Happy 4th.

Joe
