Cruise control cable

I am changing the plugs and wires. I have to remove the plenum. I loosened the cruise control and throttle cable where it is attached to hold in place but the cruise control cable is still in the way. I cannot see the side towards the back of the car to see how to remove the cable from the throttle body to get it out of the way to remove the plenum.

The cable is attached similar to the picture below. You need to turn the cable further up and slot it out of the groove to disconnect. If all else fails, you can either leave it and wait until the plenum is removed to disconnect or remove the throttle body first.
