Cruise control not turning on

My cruise control turns on when I push the button (I can see the indicator light on), but it will not set.

Hello,

What happens is the clockspring assembly in the steering wheel breaks causing the cruise control to stop working. but to be sure lets runt he codes to see what comes up:
