Cruise control stopped working after steering service?

Cruise control stopped working.

This is common when the steering repair is completed, and the steering wheel has been turned too many times without concern for the clock spring (spiral wire). This will damage the wire and it needs to be replaced, here are the instructions so you can see what I am talking about. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
