Cruise control not working

Cruise control turns off and on by self, even if cruise is off with switch. Cruise controls blower. Mileage/dash does not light. Gas gauge does not not display properly.

As far as the cruise control it sounds like the clock spring behind the steering wheel is going bad which will cause issue you have. To be sure here is a guide to help you check the wiring with the wiring diagrams of the cruise control so you can see how it works and how to replace the clock-spring if confirmed:
