My battery died so I pulled my truck up and connected my jumper cables to the car battery and the to the truck battery afterwards. unfortunately my attention was not on the color coded wires and I connected the positive to the negative and vice versa. Now when I turn the key to start the car all my dash lights light up like they are supposed to but nothing else happens. I replaced all the relays, battery of course, and my alternator. Still nothing. What do I need to do to correct this big mistake of mine?
