Creaking feel at complete stop and take off?

I've noticed over the last couple of days when I come to a complete stop and immediately at takeoff, I can feel a slight creak under my feet but do not hear anything.

Any insights?

I am going to need new brakes soon and wondering if this is part of that.

Yes, if the brake pads are worn, they will not release correctly. To be sure, can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. Here is how to replace the front brakes so you can see what needs to be done:

So oddly enough there is no sound, I only know it's happening because I feel it under my feet.

If the brake pads are worn down it can cause a creaky noise, have you changed the brakes out?
