Where is the Crankshaft sensor located?

I can’t find the exact location of my crankshaft sensor on my car listed above LT model.

They hid it on that engine, it is hiding behind the starter, tucked into the back of the block on the firewall side. To get to it you need to pull the starter out of the way first. For that you need to disconnect the negative battery cable, then get the car up and supported so you can get under it. Remove the connections from the starter and the two bolts and then the starter. The crank sensor is behind it. Reverse the process to install the new one. Once installed you will need a scan tool to do the crankshaft relearn procedure. What is the reason for replacement?
