Where is the crankshaft positioning sensor located?

I'm having trouble locating where it is. No videos showing 2001 GLS v6 2.5l motor.
Where is it and how do I get to it?

Will I need to put it up on rack or get to it from top? I still can't even locate it. Is it in back of motor. Is it covered by heat shield??

Hi,

For some reason, the manufacturer doesn't provide directions for the removal. I checked two different manuals.

As far as location, I attached below what I was able to find and even it is somewhat confusing to me. Take a look and let me know if it helps.
