Crank no start after fixing wiring plug to sensor in the timing cover front and bottom of engine. What fuses, relays Should I be looking for and do i have to get the new sensor relearned?

Hi,

The crankshaft position sensor is controlled and powered via the powertrain control module. The PCM supplies the 12-volt, low reference, and signal circuit to the CKP sensor. So, there isn't a specific relay or fuse I can point you to.

As far as the relearn, there is a variation relearn, but that won't prevent it from starting.

Do you have spark at the plugs? If you have a live data scan tool, is there an RPM signal when cranking the engine?

I attached a pic below of the connector. I highlighted the power supply connector pin. With the key on, is there power present at that pin?

Let me know.

Joe
