Crankshaft position sensor?

Can not find it on my mom's car plz help 94 mercury cougar 3.8

So the crankshaft sensor is down by the crankshaft pulley at the front of the engine. Here is a diagram of the sensor so you can see what to change out. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
