Wow, you are not going to like this, it is under the intake manifold. Sometimes GM misses the mark when it comes to ease of service. :/

No, you can get a DYI subscription for it. You need to remove the intake manifold.

1. Remove the intake manifold.
2. Disconnect the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor wiring harness electrical connector (1) from the CKP sensor.

Ok, cool. Thanks and will do. I've already had to take the intake manifold off about a month ago to replace the starter, which turned out not even being the problem.

Sorry about that, bad timing, it might be the connector is not fully seated. Let me know when you remove the intake.
