Turns over will not start unless put 200 amp start battery charger on it or give shot of ether starter fluid or pour gas in it.

Good afternoon.

First thing is to charge the battery until you have 12.6 volts at the battery.

Then check the fuel pressure. If it started with ether, then it sounds like a fuel delivery issue.

Just out over size battery it has get up to 16 volts to start. If turn on A/C going down road it shuts off. What could be wrong with fuel delivery?

Okay, so the engine runs now?

Is 16 volts with it running because if it is not running and you measure 16 volts, the battery is not good.

I am wondering if the A/C compressor is locking up.
