Good afternoon,

Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn on the key?

You need spark, fuel pressure and compression for it to run.

I would check the fuel pressure and check for spark at a spark plug.

I attached some charts for you to follow.

Let me know the results. See if the tachometer moves up a little while cranking. That will tell me if the crank sensor is working.
