Cranks but will not turn over, no spark no fuel

So I did an engine swap and and everything else including dash everything was working fine before the swap. It is now in a econovan. Have checked relays, ECU, spark plugs fuel pump and pressure fuses battery. Any ideas I can check next? It's like there is no power but it turns on cranks but wont a start. Could it be wiring somewhere? Also has had a manual conversion. But note it was working before the engine swap. Any help or ideas? Thanks

Hi,

First, please understand this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my technical information is very limited.

When you say there is no spark or fuel but everything worked prior, the first thing that comes to mind is an automatic shut down relay. . Does this vehicle have one?
