I have the truck listed above, the engine cranks but won't start. I have fuel to the rails; I have spark to the coils. I have changed the fuel pump fuel filter and nothing. I even changed the ECM. I'm not sure what to look for next. ignition is bad, I'm going to put another one in and try that after that I don't know what else to try.

The quickest and easiest thing to try is to spray a shot of carburetor/throttle body cleaner into the throttle body and see if it will start or try to start anyways, if it does then it is a fuel delivery or fuel quality issue. Get a fuel sample and pour a small amount on the ground away from anything that will ignite and see if it will light when you take a match or lighter to it. If the vehicle still will not start after that and fuel quality is good, engine timing is the last thing that can be wrong with it.
