Okay, if you have fuel and spark, the timing is correct and you have compression, the engine has no choice but to run. I will assume you check fuel pump pressure at the fuel rail and it is within the manufacturer's specs. I will also assume that the spark you are getting is a good hot blue snapping spark. That leads me to the final stage of the fuel delivery, the injectors. Have you checked to see if they are getting power? Also, will the engine start with starting fluid?
