Cranking but not turning over

I have fuel getting to the fuel rail but it is not turning over.

Perhaps the fuel injectors are not working. They are powered from a few fuses and a relay. Fuse #26 in the PDC (power distribution center) and the #12 in the junction block. Plus the automatic shutdown relay also in the PDC. First check if that fuse #26 gets voltage on both sides of that fuse with the key on run/engine off. If not, check fuse #12 in the junction block and try a new shutdown relay.
If though the fuel injectors do have voltage, perhaps there is no pulse and for that it might be a faulty crankshaft position sensor, so read the trouble codes.
On the other hand, if there is no spark, that would not be the fuel system at all. You could start off by checking for spark and/or seeing if the engine will start and run for a few seconds after spraying a few shots of starting fluid into the throttle opening, that will prove if there is spark. Because if it does start, there is spark.
