My car ran fine this morning, went to go leave and it stalled. Went to go start it and it just would not start. A few hours later I tried to start it again would not start and then turn the key to the "on" position, the fuel pump came on but there was also an extra hissing sound that was uneven coming from the TPS and injectors area. Still will not start. Can anyone help me please?

Have you check that this noise is not a fuel leak? Do you have spark and injector pulse? Fuel rail pressure okay? Are you able to check for any codes?

Yes, yes and yes everything is in check, well from the looks of it under the hood I can move my timing belt with my finger like it is loose. I reckon that is not supposed to happen? So how do I replace and reinstall a new one?

Set engine to TDC and remove front engine covers, ensure timing marks are aligned on the crank and the cam and aux sprocket mark with withe paint marker to make it easier to see, remove tensioner and remove belt. Fit new belt starting at crank and go around aux sprocket and cam, ensure no slack in belt. Fit tensioner, if tensioner is self adjusting, allow tensioner to tension by spring tension, do not apply extra load, and lock into position. Check all alignment marks are correct and if all is ok, turn engine by hand 2 revolutions and re check alignment, if all ok, replace covers and all items removed and run engine.
