Cranking but not starting

My car cranks but cannot pick to start engine. At times it starts and at times it does start however long you might crank.

This could be a few different issues. I suspect there may be an issue with fuel pressure. I need you to check for fuel pump pressure. Take a look through this link. It explains how the process is done. I think you may find low pressure.

I bought a new fuel pump, new spark plugs but no difference.

Hi again:

Okay, if the pump is new and you confirmed the pressure is within the manufacture's specs, then we need to look at spark. I realize there are new plugs, but other things can cause spark issues. My first concern is the crankshaft position sensor. Take a look through this link:

When the engine will not start, check to see if there is spark to the plugs. Here is a link that shows how it is done:
