crank won't start

2002 TOYOTA CAMRY

I replace the throttle body my car won't start but if I unplug the connector to the throttle body car start,
please I need to know now the relearn for this vehicle

Hi,

I checked two manuals and neither indicates a relearn procedure. So, I attached a test used to diagnose issues related to the throttle body.

Take a look at the directions below and let me know if you are comfortable performing them.
