Crank no start, while driving the engine went into reduced engine mode?

So my car went into reduced engine mode on the highway. I turned it off and it wouldn’t come back on, so I jumped it, it came back on but now, so I turned it to give it time because this has happened before. But when I tried start it again it wouldn’t start at all so now it’s cranking but wont start up.

It sounds like the throttle body needs to be serviced or replaced. I would run the codes to help confirm the issue which this guide can help with:

Here is how to remove the throttle body in case a code comes up for it. Also, you may be able to clean it and have that fit it.
