Where is the crank position sensor located?

car starts fine, no code other than the crank sensor. stays running for 10 minutes then goes off and hard to start until it's cool again. I had similar issues with other Benz and was the sensor...do you think so? Where is it located?

Yep, it sounds like the crankshaft position sensor is bad which is located at the rear of the engine on the driver's side. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
