This urgent! Two weeks down fixing to lose job. Will pay for guidance I can repair if pointed to what needs done.

3 weeks ago symptoms were as followed:

1. Blue smoke/raw fuel smell burned eyes.

2. Loss of power up hill or highway speeds
randomly.

3. Had to cycle key to reprime it several times then drove a mile or so and it repeated itself.

4. Starter failed, replaced it.

5. For a week it would run fine when it first started as long as I stayed under 1,800 RPM's or so.

6. Replaced CPS, IPR, air temperature sensor, cut ebpv sensor harness off (not used anymore) and water in fuel sensor/fuel heater cord cut (not used).

7. Would not start unless plugged into heat block for several hours no matter the temperature outside if it was under 65 degrees.

8. Started yesterday, only with my ts6 chip all the way up to 6 after several seconds of trying and died briefly/ wouldn't respond to throttle.

(I have a anti theft mod/switch in it from the last owner which had oil on it from a gauge leak cleaned and replaced. 3 prongs not sure if a wire is missing on it or what because only two I can see that connect. It cranks when off and don't crank when on now so maybe its only needing 2 prongs)

I will pay for assistance it is urgent I am on the verge of losing my job if I do not get it running. Been unable to drive for 2 weeks thanks!

This sounds like a fuel pump or the crankshaft angle sensor has gone out. When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?

Please run down this guide and report back then we can fix it.

I replaced pump and yes hear fuel pump but not a loud hum like when I first installed it a few days ago. It’s getting primed when I cycle the key.

Also not communicating with OBD2 tool, just shows MAP sensor PSI chart and RPM's when I crank. No vehicle info and no modules pulling up.

Okay, let's start by checking the #3 fuse in the interior fuse panel. here is a guide and the fuse location as well:

Here is the wiring diagrams for the ALDL connector so you can see how the system works.
Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.

I sent it to the shop today. Found someone who would haul it which was difficult. It’s setting on 14” wide rims and 3” spacers, lol.
