The vehicle listed above is a Transit 350.
The van was running pretty well but for general maintenance I replaced the coils with some Walker coils I got from Rockauto. As soon as I finished, I tried to start the van and it just kept cranking but would not start. I took the new coils back out and noticed they only had two pins on the connector (missing the center one) whereas the original ones had 3 pins. Clearly, I got the wrong parts.
I replaced them with the original coils (Which had just been working 30 minutes ago) and the van still just cranks but won't start. I checked for spark and there was no spark. Also no codes. Everything in the engine bay is plugged in.

Could I have blown a fuse, module, or relay by plugging in the wrong coils?

Thanks! That fuse was blown and replacing it solved the problem. I'm very confused though because in the owner's manual it says fuse 38 in the engine bay fuse box is for the A/C clutch. How would this effect spark?
