Crank no start?

I have a used ambulance E450 two days ago when I was in traffic light the engine start shaking RPMs go up and down accelerating slow, I turned the engine off crank again everything went back to normal. The next day I cranked the car would not start. I have checked diesel pump oil pump injections were in normal range. I thought may be fuse or relay but since I have lost the user manual can u help to point which fuse or relay should I check and their position in the fuse box hoping this might be the problem or you suggest something else?
By the way I used start spree in the intake but no start also

I have seen the glow plug control module go out causing the issue you have described. Here is the location and how to replace it to help fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Thanks, a lot Mr. Ken, I did that still not starting I scanned with my OBD I got these codes is it related with the glow plug or different issue

Let's try to clear the codes and then just turn the key on to see what codes come up as a hard code, we should address this code first. A bad fuel pressure regulator can cause the no start issue. Here is the location and how to replace it in the images below.

Thanks, a lot Mr. Ken, it was ipr where l got it from amazon made it, cleaned the original one there code no. For this item if I want to buy a new one I should consider
