blown head gasket, had head resurfaced, new gaskets, good compression, wont start. check engine light doesn't come on when key is turned on, cant connect with any of 3 obdii scanners. replaced ecu with junkyard ecu, no difference. no power at fuel pump fuse. changed fuel pump relay and main relay. no luck. reinstalled factory radio while waiting to get head back.(don't know if that could have set off some sort of anti theft issue?)

Hey RUSSM3,

I would start by rechecking all of the system grounds that could have been removed when doing the repair.

Please let me know what happens so it will help others.

Best, Ken
