crank no start?

Cranks won't start. OBD 2 does not link with a code scanner. It's diesel. Has been an intermittent problem, but now its permanent.

It sounds like the PCM has gone out. To be sure let's check the fuses for the car and the OBD2 connector. Here is a guide to help and the location of the connector fuse. There are 2 fuses that run the system, 5 and 12 in the fuse panel behind the left side of the dash.
