Crank no start, where is the fuel pump relay located?

Trying to find fuel pump relay to test for possible crank no start condition.

the fuel pump relay is located in the engine compartments' IPDM.

I have seen them "built in" so they might not be serviceable. Can you hear the fuel pump turn on for about 5 seconds when you turn the key on and not crank the engine over? How does the engine sound while cranking over?
