I recently had a new fuel pump out in, because that's what I was told by a local mechanic was the problem. I had the fuel pump installed still won't run. I have a new battery; I've checked all fuses but not sure on the relays. The only code it still throws is PO183? Any of your knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, this is not a fuel pump code. It's a code for the Fuel Tank Temperature sensor circuit high input code. The Fuel tank Temperature sensor is part of the Fuel Pump module that you replaced. If you're getting this code and have a no start condition, most likely the Fuel pump module is not getting power and there is a wiring issue going to this unit. Because it is probably missing the Fuel Pump power (12-volt), the Reference Voltage for the Fuel Tank Temperature Sensor (5 volts). It looks like you can get to the Fuel Pump Module under the back seat. You need to check this connector for power and if it's not there, you'll need to trace the wires back until you find the issue.
Usually when you get a code that says Input High, it points to a bad Ground connection.
