Hi,
It could be fuel, but you may have lost the ignition spark. Those are the two most common causes of a crank no start.
Do this: See if the engine starts with starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we know its fuel related. If there is no change, then check for spark to the plugs.

As far as the test port is concerned, it is on the fuel rail. See pic 1 below. Additionally, I attached the manufacturer's fuel pressure specifications below (pic 2).
