Possible timing issues. Crank, no start. I've recently replaced all the fuses, and most relays. Initially had issues with the catalytic converters being clogged, and the o2 sensors throwing a code for low voltage on the upstream sensor, and now, I'm getting a code for the downstream sensors for low voltage. I have periodically gotten a low boost code and the service charging system message. I've also recently changed out the MAF sensor, performed an oil change, sparks changed, et cetera. I've also changed out the valve cover and when reinstalling the cover and upon reinserting the VCT solenoids, the both head broke off. I attempted to rethread the bolt hole and punctured the cam cap into the timing chain chamber. I'm not sure if there is debris in the timing chain chamber which may be causing the crank, no start or if the timing cam is damaged. It didn't appear to be damaged so my guess is debris in the timing chamber. I was able to repair the cam cap but that is obviously not the cause of the crank, no start, As It is not a functional, or movable part. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks for the video it helps. it sounds like the engine has lost it timing chain and the engine does not have compression. So lets do a compression test, this guide can help:

Here is a video to help as well, this is why the engine sounds funny (like flipper) when cranking.
