Will not even start with starter fluid?

Won't start fuel injectors aren't working we had to hot wire fuel pump but still won't even start with starter fluid attempts to start when we choke the intake by hand but still doesn't.

Hi,

If the starting fluid doesn't change how it reacts, I need you to check to see if there is spark at the plugs.
