Crank no start new fuel pump?

New fuel pump. Fuel pressure at the top of the fuel tank no pressure at the fuel pressure check valve under the hood.

It sounds like it can be the crankshaft angle sensor, does thew engine have spark? Please go over this video to help us get started.
