The car cranks like its going to start Buh right when it should start jus keeps cranking the fuel pump was tested so I’d say that’s not the issue but I’m not sure

Yep, this sounds like fuel or a spark problem. So we need to narrow the problem down, this video will help,

If the engine does not have spark I would swap out the crankshaft sensor which is a common problem with "no spark" issues. Here is the location, also how does the engine sound while cranking, normal? Check out the images (below)
