Engine Cranks, no spark

Issue started while driving vehicle would shut off sometimes. Replaced ignition module, camshaft sensor and both crank sensors. Checked power on pink wire on ignition module 12v. Checked ground and found 0.4 ohms to ground. Also found that the IC timing control white wire going to ignition module reading 0v. Tested when vehicle was running before, and it had 5v. Could this be the passkey 3 or PCM issue?

This sounds like a PCM issue but to be sure we should do a CAN scan which will show for sure what's going on. here is a link to the instructions and video on how to do the job, I have also included how to change out the PCM:

You can get one pre-programed, they have many companies that do this.
