Crank but will not start?

4 weeks ago the emissions canister was replaced I passed DEQ ran great for 2 weeks one day it wouldn't start then the flowing day it did drove it then it did the same thing waited then 2 hours later it started got it home an there it has stat for over 4 weeks I have replaced the fuel filter, O2 sensor air intake hose, alternator, oil pressure sensors and spark plugs. Help please thank you Jolene

Also ran diagnostic no codes but it said pending DtC the drive cycle has not completed also says two or more emissions control monitors have not completed their testing.I also replaced the battery.

Hi,

The monitors are not complete because you haven't completed the drive cycles after the battery was disconnected and replaced.

As far as your description, the first thing that comes to mind is a faulty crankshaft position sensor. Do me a favor. Take a look through this link and let me know if it mirrors what you have experienced:

Interestingly, the crankshaft position sensor may or may not set a code.
