The car will crank but will not start. The lights work on vehicle and on dash. I tested the fuses all good, spark plugs look good. I changed fuel pump about a year ago.

Is there a security light remaining on past ten seconds? If so, try a spare key or clean off that key where the pellet is and try again.
Listen if the fuel pump runs for two seconds when you first turn the key to run, before you turn the key to start. If it does not run, check the fuel pump fuse and if it is okay, try swapping in or a new fuel pump relay and listen again for the fuel pump or see if it starts now. If the check engine light is remaining on, you may want to retrieve those trouble codes and post them in here.

This is applicable even if your check engine light is not on.
