When the engine is warm or cold, when I crank the engine for the first time, it do not start. Unless I crank the engine for about three times before it start. When it start, black smoke do not comes from the exhust. The Check Engine Light does not illuminateon the dash when I open the ignition light or I start the engine.

Please, when I checked the fuel filter, I saw that it is plugged with dirt. So I have replace and the coolant tempreture sensor is not working when I test it resistance. But in GHANA here, I will not get the CTS to buy. Thank you.
