Dashboard replacement instructions

I have several cracks in my dash and wondering if that assembly can be replaced and the estimated cost. I was thinking possibly of finding one in salvage to use. Is that feasible?

Okay, I attached a YouTube video for the dash cap that is cracked. He gives you the name of the company the sells the replacement caps for the dash that are damaged from the heat.
