Could it be my fuel pump relay

I put a new fuel pump on truck drove it not even 2 miles and it killed on me and now it wont start its like its not getting any gas and I hear the pump cut on when I turn the switch and now I have 2 turn it a couple of times before it comes on what could it be?

Could be your Relay or the fuel pump inline fuse

When you replaced the pump did you also replace the connector pigtail? They were bad for loose connections caused by a failing pump heating the contacts because of the higher current draw.
A related issue is that the higher draw would also cause the pump relay to heat up and damage the connector.

If the pump is turning on for the 2 second prime but the engine won't run it's possibly a plugged filter, bad pressure regulator or even a bad oil pressure switch.

Start by running a fuel pressure test. Then try shooting a bit of starter fluid into the intake and see if it fires on that as a quick test for spark.
