My V8 Triton would not shift out of park windows, would not work, windshield wipers also and the interior light. I replaced the blown #15 fuse and everything has been fine for about twenty four hours now. Do I still have reason to worry it is a bigger problem?

Yup. Fuses blow for a reason. The goal now is to get it to act up more often. I have a way to troubleshoot the circuit, and it works even better when the short is permanent. A good suspect for this is broken or frayed wires between the door hinges.
