As you accelerate it will start to hesitate and jump in higher RPMs

As you accelerate it will start to hesitate and jump in higher rpm's almost like it wants to jump time or as if there is a fuel shortage. What could it be? The codes are throwing something to do with advanced timing.

1381 I believe this because it was a advanced cam unfortunately I cleared the codes and I can't pull it up

If you can't pull it up again, it means the problem hasn't occurred again.

You are having an issue with the variable cam timing sticking in the over advanced position. The first thing to look at is that you oil is clean and full as this operates on oil pressure. There is an electric solenoid that can be bad or stuck that is often the cause also.
It's a big job to remove the solenoid so try changing the oil first.
