Our manuals don't provide this information. However, I was able to do a little research and find the specifications. As far as the 8mm and 13mm, that is likely the hex size. You need to be concerned with the thread pitch and inside diameter.
You will need a fine thread nut, 32 threads per inch, 4.826mm inside diameter. So, you are looking for a #8-32. I believe the original part number is 1979365. That is for the smaller (s) terminal. The larger one that is direct from the battery does require a 13mm socket to remove, but I was unable to find the specifics as far as pitch and thread.
What I suggest is this. Go to a parts store and have them pull a starter motor so you can see the exact nuts. Then, have them match them with the ones in the store they sell.
