Core plug replacement?

2008 NISSAN ALTIMA
150,000 MILES • 3.5L • 6 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

There is a core plug that came out on my cylinder head and I took the intake and all that off but can't get to it to put another one in its in a tight spot? any suggestions? I can't find anything on line so far.
