It is screwed into the right-rear cylinder head on the bellhousing end of the engine. If you are changing it, you either drain the coolant or do the shop vac trick to suck the coolant out. Then unscrew the sensor. Apply thread sealer to the new one and carefully screw it in.
You may need to remove the air cleaner duct to get room.
