Since I change my radiator to one that asks for only water (Chinese I think) noticed that my engine heats up quickly and more quickly if the air conditioner is on, but the temperature indicator does not rise. Is it because I am not using coolant as the new radiator states, water only?

You should always use a 50/50 mix of water and coolant. I just get the premixed coolant bottles.I would never just use water.

Yes I know but the radiator I fixed stated Water only. Should I then counter the instructions? It could damage my radiator. Please reply/help.
